Nadra introduced a mobile application named Rahbar which allows citizens to not only locate Nadra Service Centers but also perform a number of other functions.
In addition to providing a list view, the app would also include a map view of the offices. Using the map, users will also be able to locate the nearby Mobile Registration Van and NADRA Center with ease.
Pakistani citizens were not aware of the location of the Nadra center that was closest to their homes. Rahbar lets citizens know where the Nadra centers are, how long they take, and how many people are waiting… all through their phones.
Through the Rahbar Mobile App, NADRA services will be easily accessible and convenient for the public.
The app will assist citizens in locating the nearest NADRA office, determining the average home processing time, and showing the number of applicants waiting in line. This smart app developed by NADRA to address the complaints of long queues and long waits at NADRA centers enables citizens to visit their nearest and less crowded NADRA office.
